National Medical Foreign Teaching Material Center

National Medical foreign
teaching material center in Peking
University Health Science Library
was established on 1985, and there
are more than 4,000 volumes of books
now. It is the only one foreign teaching
material center of medical sciences
that was set up by the Ministry of
Education of China around the whole
country.

The main tasks of this center are: introducing
foreign outstanding teaching materials and reference books of latest edition, mainly in medicine, pharmacy and health sciences; organizing experts and professors to study on the teaching materials; and making recommendations to medical universities and colleges .Besides, the center offers reading service of the collected books to the whole country.
